Scholarships Committees will have applications for Cinco de Mayo ready in December. Committee to discuss about any changes regarding changes to policy for members only or open up application for any person.Each year CCWA members donate money to purchase food for Xavier the Xman food and can drive.CCWA wants to extend invitation to the whole institution to bring in canned goods or coats for food drive.CCWA may have boxes or a trailer on the grounds for everyone to donate.

Possible fundraisers for Cinco de Mayo
Raffle of a 42” Vizio Television
Padres Condo at Petco ParkDance in 2010 for everyone to attend with finger foods.Visiting Mexican prisons with Raul Perez
CCWA members are welcomed to attend

G Arteaga won election for statewide CCWA elections
Congratutations to New Elect Vice President G Arteaga
in January we need to find new Vice PresidentE Solis and P Zinser to retire from CCWA San Diego Chapter
P Zinser was Secretary
E Solis was Treasurer
We wish them the bestA Maldonado made a motion to make G Fernandez Secretary. Motion was seconded by J Reyes
A Maldonado made a motion to make R Fernandez Treasurer. Motion was seconded by J ReyesPossible New Event Coordinator Mrs C Soto
Possible New Vice President Mr T SotoJ Eustice is filing an appeal for statewide election
Must be filed in 10 days for notification
