MEETING MINUTES
May 12, 2009

1. CALL TO ORDER /ROLL CALL
President A. Maldonado called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of March and April minutes will be announced later due to Secretary P. Zinser on vacation.

3. FINANCE REPORT: E. Solis gave the finance report. M. Lucero was reimbursed for $175.00 dollars G. Arteaga made a motion to approve finance report along with tonight’s expense. JJ Abundez second the motion, a vote was taken and motion passed..
4. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES: August 8, 2009 at Discovery Park or Rohr Park will be our annual Facility Softball Game and Recruitment Picnic. Softball committee will be T. Soto, R. Solis and A. Maldonado. The bracket will be posted before August 8, 2009.

5. OLD BUSINESS: The Cinco de Mayo dance was a great turnout!!!!!! A special thank you to all of you for the great help! Maria Lucero you out did yourself , thank you.
A $200.00 dollar deposit was put down on Route 66 band for the 2010 Cinco de Mayo dance.
6. NEW BUSINESS: CCWA would like to have a plaque made out for Ace Uniforms for their generous donations for raffle.

7. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Jennifer Abundez wrote a thank you letter to CCWA for their help in her scholarship.
8. ADJOURNMENT: A. Arteaga made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:28 p.m.
A. Maldonado seconded the motion. A voice was taken and motion passed with unanimous consent.
