2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

· R. Fernandez made the motion to approve January minutes L. Medina second the motion, a vote was taken and the November Minutes where approved.

3. FINANCE REPORT:

· Treasurer E. Solis gave the finance report. P. Zinser made the motion to approve the finance report, T. Arteaga second the motion, a vote was taken and the finance report was approved.

4. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES:

Scholarship committee chair person J. J. Abundez again announced that applications are now available contact JJ on Facility I, 2nd Watch.
To date no applications have been received

Don’t miss out; pick up your applications submit your child’s name.

The deadline for applications is February 28, 2009.

· Cinco de Mayo Scholarship Dance will be held at the Mount Carmel Church (same Place as 2008). The deposit has been made. Mariachi entertainment TBD.

5. OLD BUSINESS:
