SAN DIEGO CHAPTER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JJ Abundez made a motion to approve March minutes with corrections to line one under Reports from Committees which reads "There was ten Scholarship applications recieved." it should read, "ten applications handed out, only two were turned in. W. Mitchell seconded the motion. A voice was taken and the motion passed with unanimous consent. 3. FINANCE REPORT: Treasurer E. Solis gave the finance report. W. Mitchell made a motion to approve the finance report, along with tonight's meeting expense. G. Arteaga seconded the motion. A voice was taken and the motion passed with unanimous consent. 4. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES: The names of the two (2) Scholarship individuals will be announced at the Cinco De Mayo Dance. JJ. Abundez has been appointed to the Cinco De Mayo Dance Decoration Committee with help from Ms .Peterson and hopefully Ms. Roberts. The application for the liquor license will cost $25.00, Ms. Abundez will turn in application. Everyone should be pushing the ticket sale for the dance, lets get going everyone! Time is running out. 5. OLD BUSINESS: J. Reyes inquired about the presentation at the Chicano Park, we have a tentative date of Saturday May 17, 2008.. Member D. Martinez asked about reimbursement of a gang class that was attended by some CCWA Members a couple of months ago, it will be looked into. G. Arteaga announced that there will be a gang class on The Outlaw Motorcylce Gang and the Mara-Salva-Truchas Gang, date and time to be announced. 6. NEW BUSINESS: Some CCWA members attended a food and alcohol class to run a concession stand on Sunday, Padres-Dodger game (floppy hat day). It sure was an experience, a lot of fun and some hard work. Our next game will be on Friday, April 25 2008 , game time is 7:05 pm and it is Mexican Night! We would like to thank N. Matthews and W. Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Lucero, Annette Shaw for volunteering to help out on our next game. A Special thanks to our members and friends who helped out so much at our first game, you know who you are, all proceeds will go towards our Association. We would like to acknowledge Mr. Roy Buenviaje for all his help towards the CCWA Association. Roy thank you, from the CCWA Family. On Saturday,
