Ray Zamora, MemberMeeting was called to order @ 1415 hours by Secretary Regina Guzman.
• Roll was taken and a quorum was established.
• Minutes from August 21, 2008 were read and approved. R. Zamora made a motion to approve minutes. Marlene Smith second the motion. Everyone was in favor.
• Distributed the following flyers:
• CCWA 2008 Training Conference on Sunday, November 9th and Monday,
November 10th. We would like to know of anybody interested in going to the training.
• Family Fun in the Park Day held on September 6th. We sold cotton candy and cookies. The event went great. We made $68.00 and had _____ new recruits.
• Discussed the upcoming Health Fair on Tuesday, September 30th from 0600-1500 hours. Also, Bring Your Bike (Motorcycle) to Work Day.
• Discussed the lack of participation from other members. Marlene Smith motioned we send out questionnaire/survey on when/where members would like to hold meetings.

Next Meeting – Thursday, October 16, 2008 located at
CSP-Corcoran Snack Bar at 1415 hours.
