Meeting was called to order @ 1415 hours by President, Sylvia Gonzalez.

Roll was taken and a quorum was established.

Minutes from September 25, 2008 were read and approved. ----------___________ made a motion to approve minutes. ______________ second the motion. Everyone was in favor.
Distributed and discussed the following flyers:

• Two Cities Marathon & Half in Clovis on Sunday, November 9th.
• CSPC & CSATF Employees’ Christmas Party on Saturday, December 6th located at the Hanford Fairgrounds
• CCWA 2008 Training Conference on Sunday, November 9th and Monday,

November 10th. We would like to know of anybody interested in going to the training.
On Saturday, November 22nd, the Kiwanis Club of Corcoran will be hosting its 1st Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Tulare Golf Course. Linda Meske asked if CCWA could sponsor a hole. CCWA agreed to give $_______. _________ second the motion. Everyone agreed.

October 16, 2008
Battle of the Badges Blood Drive will be held on Wednesday, November 5th. There will be trailers in the IST Parking Lot and the Level IV Side. Also, the IST Classroom.
