1. Meeting was called to order at 1400 hrs. by President Maria Holdren.

2. Roll was taken (See sign in sheet) and a quorum was/ established.

3. Minutes from the December 2008 meeting were read and approved. .

4.There was no treasury report.

5. Old Business:
Dance was discussed voted and approved to have the band play at the April dance. .

6. New Business:
Dance will be at The Bowling Alley in Hanford.. A deposit of $50.00 will be necessary to secure the Bowling Alley. A vote was taken and approved to make the deposit. The deposit will be handled by President Maria Holdren. Total amount of the Bowling Alley is $300.00. Helen will hold the tickets for the dance. There are 10 tables with 8 to a table. We have received 3 baskets for door prizes. Would like to have someone donate the Piñata’s to have prizes in them.

Training will be held in _____ . We would like to have Maria Holdren and Bertha attend the training. Training will be four nights and would like to take 2 cars. Lt. Don Diego would like to be a driver. A vote was taken and approved to pay for his gas. Would like to get donations so we could allow 2 others attend the meeting. Already have Helen, Don Diego and Lisa going. Any other members that would like to go to the training will need to turn in their memorandum ASAP.

Helen will be putting the Valentine baskets together. Many items have been donated. Ticket sells are going great.
